  • The number of breakout sessions per time slot is typically five; the number of roundtables per time slot is two.

            -  There is no capacity limit for breakout sessions; each roundtable has a capacity limit of 15.

  • All sessions will be recorded and available to attendees until the end of the year; roundtables will not be recorded
  • All presenters have to the option to send in their session materials (e.g., slides, handouts) after LOEX 2021 for posting on the conference website.
