Registration and Payment
If you already registered for the (now-cancelled) in-person conference in February, you are registered for the online conference (which will consist of a significant portion of the breakout sessions from the Ypsilanti conference) but you won't be able log-in to and access the sessions until you pay (see at bottom of page how to do that).
If you have already paid and would like a full refund because you do not plan on attending the online conference, please email email@example.com and one will be issued; if you would like to apply your funds to the online conference, also email firstname.lastname@example.org and a partial refund will be issued and the remainder will be applied to the online conference.
Registration Rates (for LOEX 2020 Online)
- $150 - LOEX Members and/or Presenters
- $175 - Nonmembers
- Free - Grad Students who were presenting a (now cancelled) poster session
- There is no single-session rate or a singe-day rate.
Registration Includes: Access to all live sessions; Recordings of all sessions.
***This is NOT where you register, as that already occurred in February. We may re-open registration in mid-April, but for now, we are only accepting payments from those who already registered in February or were on the (now closed) waiting list***
Payment is *separate* from registration. Payment is due April27, 2020.
Payment can be made by check, Visa, or MasterCard. You will not be sent a formal invoice; once you are a confirmed registrant, just please pay using one of the below forms:

Once your payment is received, we will e-mail you a receipt and mark you as paid on our list of registrants. Please allow at least 7 working days for your phoned or faxed payment to be processed. Registration cancellations requesting a refund must be made in writing and emailed by Thursday, April 30, 2020.
