Current LOEX members have priority on the waiting list. Every year we have been able to offer a spot at the conference to a good portion of the waiting list, so please add your name if you are interested in attending.
If you are not certain of your membership status, please just register. Your membership status will be verified by LOEX post-registration and any situations are usually easily resolved.

Registration Includes:
Opening
Reception (Thursday, April 29); Breakfast, snacks, and lunch (Friday,
April 30 & Saturday, May 1); Dinner (Friday, April 30) and all conference
materials, breakout sessions, and keynote speakers.

Nonmember Rate
While the vast majority of the spots are reserved for LOEX members, to ensure that participants from nonmember institutions can attend, 10 spots are reserved for nonmembers.
Student Rate
In addition to the spots for poster session presenters, five spots are reserved for full-time graduate students in LIS programs.
Registration Payment
Conference registration payment is due March 15, 2010.
Payment can be made by check, Visa, or MasterCard.
- Mail or fax (734-487-1289) the LOEX 2010 Payment Form; use this form for regular presenters/attendees; use this form for poster presenters & for student attendees.
- To pay with a credit card by phone, call 734-487-0020 x2200.
- There is no online payment option.
- You will not be sent a formal invoice; once you are registered, just please pay using the form.
Once your payment is received, we will e-mail you a receipt and mark you as paid on our list of registrants. Please allow at least 7 working days for your payment to be processed.
Registration cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked, emailed or faxed by Monday March 29, 2010.
