The LOEX hotel rate for the conference's block of rooms will be $149 (plus normal taxes & fees). To reserve a room at the LOEX rate, call (888)421-1442.
It is strongly recommended to wait until after your registration is confirmed for the conference to book any hotel rooms, in order to get the LOEX rate and also reduce your chances of getting bumped (in case the hotel is overbooked due to other events happening at the hotel).
